Fresh herbs are widely available in bunches and packets, but how do you know what to do with them?   On this half day course, as well as making some great dishes, you will discover how to identify herbs, the best ways to use them in your cooking, how much to use, how to store & preserve any left over herbs.   We make the menu together, eat some for lunch and take home any remaining morsels to share with friends and family.
